Construction site inspection

In some projects, coordinated control of the execution of fire safety measures must be carried out - known as KUT. The purpose is to ensure that the measures are carried out in line with the fire safety concept, so that the building achieves the planned fire safety upon completion.

When must an inspection be carried out?

The number of needed inspection rounds varies with the complexity of the project. Inspection of the execution can be carried out by the same company that created the fire safety concept. Please contact us to hear how we can assist in your project.

How is the inspection carried out?

Inspection rounds take place in various phases of the project. There, it is checked that:

  • the execution is in accordance with the fire safety concept and detailed design
  • there is sufficient and up-to-date working documentation such as drawings, descriptions and installation instructions
  • fire-technical products and solutions are correctly documented and installed
  • contractors have and follow the necessary routines for quality assurance
  • the work has been carried out in accordance with regulations and that there are no fire-technical deviations

Any deviations that are discovered must be documented and corrected.
