For tenants: In PiD Drift you have the opportunity to find all forms you have saved in the side menu under “Form”->“Archive”. On the desktop you also have access to see which forms all tenants must fill out, and which of these you have filled out yourself.

To see which of your tenants have submitted a specific form, go to “Tenant Form”, and press the “Settings” icon to the right of the selected form, and select “View statistics”. From the statistics you can select a year, and choose to send reminders to the users you want to fill out the form.

If you go to a tenant in the infrastructure, a wizard will appear on the right that allows you to remove or move the tenant. When you remove a tenant, both the user and course participants will be removed from the area. This area will then be empty and ready to add a new tenant.

PiD Score is updated automatically every night. This means that any changes you make to the property today will not affect your score until tomorrow.

PiD Score is a report that says something about how well documented the building is in relation to the requirements set by law and that the group itself has defined in consultation with advisors at PiD Solutions AS. The number of possible achievable points is unique for each building. The score is calculated based on the assumptions the system makes.

Read more about the report in PiD Drift or in the article “Evaluating documentation with PiD Score”.

You will receive an email notification if any of your employees’ course certificates have expired or will expire soon. The report will be sent on the 1st of each month.

Please contact support@pids.no for more information about the types of courses we offer.

If they have been through the course several times and their reading difficulties mean they are unable to pass the test, we recommend that they receive help to complete the test orally.

The building code starts with a “+” sign and is visible under the name of the property on the desktop. In the drop-down list at the top of the page, the code is visible in front of the name of the property. If you are unsure, you can contact the operations of your property. The code is used in the first field for logging in to PiD Kurs.

To view the full report, you must log in to PiD Drift. In the side menu, you will find “Courses” by clicking on the blue book icon. If there are multiple courses available for your company, you must select the correct course before you can view the report. In the report, you will see expiration dates for course certificates, and you have the option to download these in PDF format. You can also remove former employees from the report.

If you have forgotten your password for PiD Kurs, you can click on “Forgot password” during login to receive an email with a link to set a new password. If you are not registered with email, you will not see the “Forgot password” button.

Contact support@pids.no and we will help you with this.

If you have forgotten your code for PiD Kurs, you can get help from the operations department at your property, or find it in PiD Drift under the name of the property. The code always starts with a “+” sign.

There is no limit to this – but everyone must pass the final exam to receive a course certificate.

To remove a course participant, you must log in to PiD Drift with your username and password. From the course report, you can click on the employee who has left and remove them from your premises.

For operations/management: To remove course participants who are in the wrong area or who are no longer employed, you should go to the area from the infrastructure. Select the “Course participants” tab inside the area and click on the small “x” to the right of the course participant to be removed. Confirm that the course participant should be removed from this area. If the course participant has access to multiple areas, this will not affect the participant’s access to the other areas. Course participants can also be removed via the course overview. This is done as follows: Select “Courses” in the main menu, select the relevant course, and click on the “x” to remove the course participant.

As an employer, you do not need to register your employees before they take a course – they can easily register themselves by logging into PiD Kurs.

Yes. All employees must take a basic fire safety course regardless of position level.

No. We recommend that course participants register themselves when logging in for the first time. It is important that they register with their private email address. The only thing they need before registering is the code for the course (the building code), which you should have been given by the operations department. You can also find the code yourself by logging in to PiD Operations with your username and password. The building code always starts with a “+” sign and is visible next to the name of the property.

When the time for the course certificate to expire approaches, the employer will be notified by email if the employees must take a refresher course or take the entire course again. It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that all employees have valid course certificates.

After you have logged in to PiD Kurs you can find your course certificates under “Your course certificates”. The course certificate can be downloaded as a PDF. Your employer also has access to your diplomas in a system outside of PiD Kurs.

The duration of the course certificate depends on the course you have taken. If you need to know the exact expiry date for the course you have passed, you will find this on the course certificate itself. You can also find the same information under “Your course certificates” when you are logged in to PiD Kurs. Your employer will receive reports on course certificates that are about to expire, and/or have expired.

You can retake the course right away.

You have as many attempts as you need. The course will not be blocked no matter how many times you take it.

If you have forgotten your password for PiD Kurs, you can click on “Forgot password” after you have searched for your user during the login process. You will then be sent an email with a link to set a new password. The general manager and the operations department can also send out a new password via PiD Drift Mobile.

If you have forgotten the code for the property, you can get help from the operations department at your property, or your immediate manager. The code always starts with a “+” sign.

If you do not see the option “Forgot password” under the password field in the login, you have not registered with an email address yet.

Contact support@pids.no, and we will arrange this for you.

We identify you to your employer by using your private email address. In order for your employer to see whether you have taken and passed the courses you need, your private email address must be used, and not the address of your workplace. If you create a user and use the email address of your workplace (and several others do the same), the results of the course will be overwritten, and course diplomas will be lost.
