Responsible for the sketch phase, preliminary project and design of a fire technical concept at level A, measure class 3. The project includes the new establishment of logistics warehouses for Buskerud and Vestfold. The building mass has a floor area of 25,000 m2 and contains areas with a high degree of automation in high-bay warehouses, picking warehouses, cold and frozen warehouses. Technical building with culvert, environmental station and office building and solar cell system on the roof. It is planned for 200 workplaces in the building. Scheduled completion during 2021.

The design includes risk analysis and documentation of deviations from pre-accepted solutions given in TEK17.
