PiD Drift Mobile for tenants gives users access to important documents and functions for effective safety work. They get access to, for example, fire instructions and the digital archive.

In the app, tenants can fill out and submit digital forms. They can also report problems that require attention, get feedback on reported errors, which ensures a quick response and efficient handling. Property management can assign tasks to tenants, who are also notified in the app. They can easily mark tasks as completed when they have been completed.

It is easier to manage course participants. Tenants can send reminders about courses, and in this way ensure that necessary courses are completed. This maintains the level of competence and fire safety on the property.

PiD Drift Mobile shows a clear overview of pending tasks, missing form completions, unread messages and missing course certificates for employees. Users of the app can also register important information about their areas, such as storage of flammable goods, size, permitted number of people, building regulations, escape routes, kitchens with exhaust and fire extinguishing systems.

I have spoken to a number of tenants after they have downloaded the new app for tenants in PiD Drift. I have only received positive feedback from those I have spoken to. They are very happy that it is easy to have an overview/delete/send reminders to their own employees regarding PiD Courses. It is also positive that a link to PiD Courses is sent out when a reminder is sent out.

The property management can assign tasks to its tenants. Tenants are notified in the app when new tasks are assigned, and can easily mark them as completed when they are completed.

Tenants can easily report problems that require attention. This also ensures a quick response and effective maintenance, and is an important part of systematic safety work. You can also see the status and feedback given on all reported bugs.

Tenants can send reminders about courses to their employees, keep track of course participant lists, and ensure that all required courses have been completed. This helps maintain the level of competence among employees and increases fire safety in the building.

Tenants can record important information about their spaces in the app, which includes storage of flammable goods, the size of the area, the permitted number of people, the current building regulations, the presence of a separate escape route, a kitchen with an exhaust fan and any extinguishing systems.
