Since 2012, we have used QR technology to carry out regulatory self-inspections of technical and organizational conditions on properties. With the app, you can easily carry out inspection rounds on your buildings by scanning QR codes that are set up at various control points. If you discover errors, deficiencies or deviations at the control points, you can report these via the app – with the option to attach a picture of the condition if desired.
Maintaining and operating a building or property is a complex task that involves many challenges. This includes managing maintenance, security, tenant communication and much more. Ensuring that everything runs smoothly, complies with regulations and provides a good experience for everyone involved requires thorough planning and coordination.
With our innovative app, you can bring the power and functionality of the desktop version of PiD Drift right into your pocket. Now you can easily conduct inspection rounds, manage tasks and read information from the archive.
In PiD Drift Mobile, there is also functionality that allows you to report errors, process errors, submit operational forms and keep track of statistics related to tenant forms, all from your mobile. Send messages to inform your tenants of activities, get important information about agreements and explore the property’s infrastructure. In infrastructure, you get detailed insights into users, checkpoints, FDV components and roles. We also give you full control over users on the property, so you can manage them seamlessly.
But it doesn’t stop there - course participants in PiD Kurs are now integrated into PiD Drift Mobile, where you can manage the course participant list and send reminders directly from the app. This makes administration more efficient than ever.
Close contact with our customers has taught us the importance of the property operations department being able to easily communicate with their tenants. We want to facilitate this, and as a continuous part of our product development, we will soon launch a new, exciting adaptation in PiD Drift Mobile. Tenants will soon have access to this update, which will make it even easier to carry out self-checks, streamline course participant processing, simplify filling out forms and improve communication with your tenants.
Our top priority is to make systematic security work easier for you. With PiD Drift Mobile, we give you the tools you need to operate and manage properties in a more efficient and convenient way, right from your mobile. This not only ensures a full overview of your property resources, but also that you are always up to date, regardless of where you are. With our app, systematic safety work becomes a seamless part of your daily operations.
Modules
The Inspection, Control and Maintenance module is easily accessible on the home page of the app,
and gives you the opportunity to perform inspections and tasks on the property.
This versatile module also handles notifications for errors, forms, agreements and FDV
components, and gives you a full overview of unread messages that have been published on the
property. This provides a comprehensive solution for managing
your properties. All current activities can be sorted
Inspection rounds can be started from the EKV overview or by scanning a any code in the building.
When you go on an inspection tour, you also automatically have the history of all the checkpoints
with you. You can easily
see which errors have been detected previously, so you avoid reporting the same error multiple
times.
In the overview, it is easy to see which inspection tours have been carried out or which inspection
tours remain in a given
period, and who is responsible for carrying them out.
You can create single tasks or recurring tasks in the Tasks module. Here it is also possible to
add images, checklists, associated agreements and FDV components and more. By creating a task in
PiD Drift Mobile, the system will follow up on the task for you. Notification of creation is sent to
the participants in the task. The system then
notifies the users involved in the task of the progress, or when the deadline is about to expire. In
EKV
you will be able to find the task again, and when it is completed, the participants will receive a
notification in the app. With task templates, it is even easier to
create tasks. Then much of the information is already filled in, and you can easily add descriptions
and checklists, etc.
In the error module, all reported errors and deviations in the building. With the app, you receive a
push notification as soon as an error is reported. You can also process errors, provide feedback to
the reporter, or create tasks to
correct errors here. All errors can be tagged and categorized based on the type of error and
severity. It is also possible to link
errors to areas, FDV components and documents. This gives you the opportunity to document the error
thoroughly. In the same way as in PiD Drift, you can now use the app to close multiple errors at the
same time.
In the app, it is easy to fill out digital forms. As in PiD Drift, we also distinguish here between
“tenant form” and “operation form”. Where questions in a form have answer options, we can
mark and highlight form responses with deviations so that it is easy to see what needs to be
followed up. Notifications can also
be sent to operations when someone registers a form, or only when a form with deviations or errors
is registered.
You can see statistics on tenant forms, and send reminders to tenants who have not filled out
required forms directly from the app.
Proper management, operation and maintenance extend the life and quality of components. In the FDV
module, you can
view and search for components under specific themes from the building component table.
You get an overview of important elements in the organisation's operations. This includes most of
the information related to the building's areas, in addition to users, control points, FDV
components and property roles. Contact information for key people in the building is available in
the infrastructure.
You can also make simple changes to areas in the infrastructure from the app, such as adding whether
the area stores flammable goods or has its own escape route.
The core of PiD Drift is the archive, and all documentation about the property is stored here. It can be
anything from fire documentation,
agreements, FDV, HSE and internal controls to name a few. We have made it possible to sign these
documents digitally to
quality assure that the documents that are entered are taken care of. In the app, this is now even
easier. The folder structure is a template we have developed
through many years in the industry and you have the opportunity to supplement with your own folders
where you need it. Each
folder has its own rights that define who can see the content.
The course administration module gives you the opportunity to stay constantly updated on who has
valid or
invalid course certificates on your property. The functionality in this module makes it easy to
manage course participants and send out reminders to repeat courses.
In the app you can see what kind of agreements are registered on your properties, find contact
information and load download agreement documents and attachments. In EKV, you get
notifications when the expiration date or termination deadline is approaching.
PiD Score is a report that describes the level of documentation of the building in PID operation,
based on fire, internal control, and
the electrical regulations. You can see the status of this from the main menu in the app. The score
describes activity related to HSE and fire safety, but not the quality of
the documents. The report therefore does not provide an accurate description of the building's
condition, but indicates the extent to which
the systematic safety work has been implemented.
From the EKV, control round and task overview you can see the status of planned, completed and ongoing
work. It also shows statistics on overdue work.
This gives you a good overview of how the activities on your property are being taken care of.
Under the infrastructure you can see a list of all users who have access to your property. Now you
can manage these more easily by using the app to make simple changes to users, which areas they
should have access to - or help them send out new emails to reset their passwords.
With messages you have the opportunity to reach all users of the system, such as your tenants. This is a
smart tool where you can post information on one or more buildings. A message can also be linked to a
form that
is to be registered. It is possible to send the message by email to everyone in the building, or to a
selection of users based on
user type. You can also choose to hide the messages from some of the users in a building.
If you are responsible for several properties, you can easily switch between these from the menu in
the app. Properties marked as favorites are at the top of the list along with those you have
recently visited.
For example, if you scan a QR code that is not located on the property you are on, the system will
ask you if you want to switch to the property the QR code is registered to.
This makes it easier to navigate between different properties.
