Evaluation of documentation with PiD Score

What is PiD Score?
PiD Score is a report that evaluates the level of documentation of your building against fire, internal control and electrical regulations. To make it easier to update the necessary documentation, the report identifies areas that are covered, in addition to any deficiencies. What is measured is determined by legal requirements, as well as requirements that the company itself has defined.
Regardless of the maximum score a building can achieve, the PiD Score is calculated as a percentage of the requirements achieved. PiD Score is easy to understand; if a building has a score of 75%, it means that the building has achieved 75% of the set requirements based on the current assumptions.
Customized assessment
All buildings are unique, and PiD Score takes this into account by showing a customized report for each individual building, even if the buildings within the same company follow the same overall rules.
Examples of assumptions that are assessed:
-
Whether the building has tenants.
-
Whether the building has courses provided by PiD Solutions AS.
-
Whether the building has control rounds with QR codes.
-
Whether the building has full access to the archive.

Why use PiD Score?
PiD Score shows an overview of the systematic safety work that has been carried out, how measures have been implemented and are being followed up over time. This helps to continuously improve safety in the building.
The report focuses on activities related to fire, operations and HSE, but does not assess the quality of the documents that have been uploaded to the archive. Therefore, it does not provide an accurate status report for the documentation in the building, but it indicates the extent to which the safety work has been systematized.
PiD Score streamlines operations at the property, and contributes greatly to identifying areas where improvements are needed.
