MOM stands for Management, Operations, and Maintenance. MOM documentation includes everything from technical drawings, maintenance routines, and inspection reports to user manuals for technical components.

This is an important tool for planning and follow-up in the daily management of buildings, and it is also a requirement when handing over a building to the owner.

About PiD Kurs

PiD Kurs is a digital platform offering a wide range of online courses in fire safety, HSE, and property management.

Our courses are developed by our consultants and are designed to provide practical knowledge that can be applied directly in the workplace. We offer both basic courses for beginners and advanced courses.

Our online courses are accessible via our digital e-learning platform, PiD Kurs, which can be reached from any device with internet access—whether PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone.

The courses include videos, text, quizzes, and downloadable materials, allowing participants to learn at their own pace and on their own terms. The only technical requirements are a stable internet connection and a modern web browser.

Yes, all participants who complete an approved course with PiD Kurs will receive a digital certificate that documents their participation and competence.

Most courses finish with a test that must be passed to obtain a valid course and certificate. The certificate can be downloaded and printed.

Basic fire safety courses are legally required. The training follows the Fire and Explosion Protection Act §7 and associated regulations, which require employees to have the necessary knowledge to prevent and handle fires.

The courses provide both knowledge and documentation of completed training.

Yes. Courses can be tailored to the organization’s needs. For example, focusing on specific building types, languages, or responsibilities. This ensures employees receive relevant, targeted training while documentation still meets legal requirements.

PiD Kurs is developed by professionals with solid expertise in fire safety and HSE. It is also closely integrated with PiD Drift and PiD Drift Mobile, making course administration and follow-up simple. PiD Drift provides full oversight of who has valid training, sends reminders for expiring courses, and documents completed courses.
