PiD Drift is a facility management system for building operations, maintenance and internal control. It brings your documentation together and allows you to manage inspections, tasks and deviations in one place.
You can use the system on both a PC and a mobile device. There is also a dedicated app that all tenants can access. Property managers, operations staff and tenants can work together in the system, making it easy to see who is responsible for each task and what has been followed up.

Everyone involved in a property can use the system. Property managers can oversee and follow up on work, operations staff can use it on-site, and tenants can carry out self-inspections and report deviations.
