1. What is your role at PiD Solutions, and what does a typical workday look like for you?
I work in support at PiD Solutions, and my day-to-day work involves responding to customer inquiries and helping customers use our systems effectively.
2. What motivates you in your work?
I enjoy solving problems and showing customers how PiD Drift can make their workday easier and more efficient. It is especially motivating when a customer goes from being stuck to feeling like they are back in control.
3. What is your area of expertise?
I am good at understanding what the customer needs help with, quickly getting to grips with the problem, and explaining the solution in a simple way.
4. How do you create value for our customers?
I help customers find quick solutions to the challenges they encounter. The goal is for them to save time and get the most out of PiD Drift.
5. What is a typical challenge you help customers with?
It can be anything from logging in and setting up users to completing self-checks and explaining the various features in PiD Drift.
6. How would your colleagues describe you?
I think they would describe me as cheerful, easy-going, and helpful.
7. What do you like most about working at PiD Solutions?
First and foremost, the people. We have a great working environment, bright and pleasant offices, and many friendly customers who are a pleasure to work with.
8. What do you do when you are not at work?
I spend time with my family, renovate the house, and try to squeeze in a workout or some guitar playing whenever I get the chance.

It is better to ask for help once too often than to get stuck on a problem that we could easily have solved together.
